As a service provider, I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to maintain a smooth schedule for all my clients, I kindly request the following regarding cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged full service fee for the missed appointment. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in a shortened session or the appointment being rescheduled, depending on availability. Late arrivals may still incur the full service charge. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to an unavoidable circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your needs!
